What you’ll do

We’re seeking a highly creative and experienced UX Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, **you'll be a vital part of our product team while our brand's visual identity is creatively handled by our skilled Brand Designer.

You will be responsible for shaping the design of our initial product offerings and setting the stage for our future design direction.

This position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in the healthcare tech space, as part of a team who is passionate about delivering groundbreaking solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Establishing and leading Biolevate's design vision, strategy, and processes by collaborating closely with the Head of Product to align design with product vision and strategy.
• User Research: Conducting user research to understand user needs and preferences, informing design decisions.
• Prototyping and Testing: Developing prototypes and conducting usability testing to refine designs.
• UX & UI Product Design: Creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for the Biolevate product(s), often from scratch.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with Software Engineers, the Data Science team, and other team members to ensure design aligns with product goals and technical constraints.
• Design Advocacy: Championing the importance of user-centered design within Biolevate.

Who you are

• Experienced and Visionary Designer: You have a solid track record in product design, especially in SaaS and technology-driven settings. Your portfolio demonstrates your expertise in UI/UX design (you’re a Figma expert), blending creativity with practical application.
• An enthusiast for GenAI & ML: You have a keen interest in GenAI and machine learning technologies, understanding their transformative potential in the tech industry, particularly in healthcare. Your passion for these fields drives you to create innovative designs that harness their power.
